• 5-Year Warranty: While the print is water-resistant and humidity-proof, the frame includes other non-waterproof materials prone to fading or scratching, like normal printed products. Therefore, it’s best to avoid direct sunlight and excessively humid environments.

As this is a personalized custom product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect colour selection, photo choice, or sizing issues

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport. However, due to the integrated printing process and the materials used, the acrylic surface is particularly susceptible to minor scratches during shipping. In the case of small scratches or slight printing imperfections, we are unable to offer replacements or remakes. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for significant quality issues, such as severe defects in the image or major scratches.

Although our photography studio is committed to achieving a true-to-life result, colour discrepancies are unavoidable. Additionally, different devices may display colour variations. Therefore, our photography studio does not accept returns or exchanges based on colour discrepancies.

Please note that due to the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail involved in creating each frame, orders typically take 5-8 weeks to arrive after purchase. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for your framed artwork.
